Carnival Row Season 2 Cast: Who Plays Who In The Show?

Amazon’s Carnival Row gets a green light for a second installment and fans couldn’t be more happier with the news. However, season two’s premiere which was supposed to happen sometime this 2020 was delayed due to the global pandemic. There is nothing to worry though because the sequel is still happening with our favorite characters returning for the show. Who are they and who will they be playing? Read on to know more.

What happened in Carnival Season 1?

Carnival Row is a fantasy web drama set in a grimy city called The Burgue. Historically, humans lived there but after being forced off their own lands, the mythological creatures sought refuge in the city. Rycroft Philostrate (Orlando Bloom) is a human detective, investigating mysterious murders on London’s Carnival Row. He then meets Vignette (Cara Delevingne), one of the faeries who fled to his city.

The first season ended on a huge cliffhanger, with Philo joining Vignette and the faes in a detention centre in The Burgue. He had also found out that he was half-fae and half-human, and had to decide which world he would want to inhabit.

The storyline made a few quite openings for season two’s characters which likely suggests the return of its entire cast for the sequel.
