Are Melissa McCarthy & Ben Falcone “God’s Favorite Idiot”?

Netflix has given “God’s Favorite Idiot” the go-signal to start working on the 16-episode series.

The workplace comedy will be a lovechild of Ben Falcone and Melissa McCarthy, who will both star and executive produce the show. Michael McDonald who is famous for directing “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” and “Nobodies” is set to direct and executive produce the show.

The two are by far, one of the funniest couples in show business as of the moment.

Yes, it includes all that – lake of fire, impending apocalypse, et cetera.

McCarthy and Falcone also teamed up on “Bridesmaids,” “Tammy,” “The Boss,” and “Life of the Party.”
