Rumors of a remake of the “The Godfather” has been circulating the web for quite some time now and it is only earlier this week that we get to know more detail.
Armie Hammer shall soon be taking over the iconic role, according to Paramount+ and producer, Al Ruddy, in the limited event series “The Offer.”
“The Offer” is based on the Oscar-winning producer’s never before revealed experiences of “The Godfather.” A film directed by Francis Coppola and adapted from Mario Puzo’s best-selling mob novel. The main cast was composed of big names such as Marlon Brando, Al Pacino, James Caan, John Cazale, Robert Duvall, Diane Keaton and Talia Shire.

“The Offer” is a ten-episode event series written and produced by Oscar and Emmy-nominated writer, Michael Tolkin – who is famous for “Escape at Dannemora” and “The Player”.
Armie Hammer who is famous for being in “Call Me By Your Name” and “The Social Network” will be starring on “Death on the Nile” with Gal Gadot pretty soon as well. On top of that, the shooting of the “Shotgun Wedding” with Jennifer Lopez is set to start.
