Maybe, the pandemic is faster than “The Flash.”
We all know that the CW series is set to come back to our screens this coming February but production has stepped on the brakes because a team member has tested positive for COVID-19.
According to their statement, the team member seems to be asymptomatic and through rigorous testing protocols, it was confirmed. To keep each member of the cast and crew safe, the show’s production has been temporarily suspended while contact tracing has been initiated.
Sources say that the studio has been making adjustments to resume filming without the affected employee and those he or she has had close contact with. As of now, everyone is self-isolating.
There is no official announcement as to when production for “The Flash” will continue which means it is very likely that the release date for its seventh season will be pushed back.
