Sharon Osbourne Hospitalized Due to COVID-19

The Talk” host, Sharon Osbourne, has tested positive for coronavirus and she took it to social media to share this news to her fans.

Fans and fellow celebrities expressed their support to “The Talk” host with some sending her well-wishes.

The award-winning television personality disclosed that she is self-isolating away from her husband, Ozzy Osbourne, and kids. She revealed that she was hospitalized due to the virus which led to her encouraging her followers to stay safe and healthy especially now with the global pandemic.

“I wanted to share I’ve tested positive for Covid 19. After a brief hospitalization, I’m now recuperating at I’m now recuperating at a location away from Ozzy (who has tested negative) while “The Talk” is on scheduled hiatus,” she wrote. “Everyone please stay safe and healthy.”

Sharon Osbourne’s announcement came after just a few days when fellow “The Talk” host, Carrie Ann Inaba, announced that she tested positive for the virus.

Inaba shared this in her Instagram video including the symptoms she experienced such as fever, bad cough and “lots of aches and pains.” Inaba also missed last week’s taping because she was still unwell.

“The Talk” has four hosts which are Sharon Osbourne, Eve, Inaba, and Underwood. The show has wrapped production for the year.

However, after four great seasons with the show, Eve has decided to leave the CBS show this month following Marie Osmond’s exit. She is set to be replaced by Amanda Kloots and Elaine Welteroth.
