This showtime series has been garnering nothing but praise but after season five’s midseason finale, fans didn’t seem to hold back when it came to their opinions about it. They are saying that it all felt rushed and that releasing Billion Season 5 was the worst thing Showtime has done.

In all honesty, we have the same sentiments. We do feel like season five was rushed and maybe it would have been better to hold it off. However, credit should still be given to whomever it’s due and the show’s creators had the courage to go against the flow. That alone deserves a round of applause.

Among our beloved main cast, we are going to be welcoming two new faces to the Billions family and those are Corey Stoll and Julianna Marguiles.
Stoll will play Mike Prince who is an established entrepreneur from Indiana while Marguiles will play best-selling author Catherine Brant who also happens an Ivy League business professor.

Billions Season 5 was split because of the ongoing pandemic. Unlike other shows, they still managed to turn it out and make the first part as satisfying and thrilling as if they released a whole season!
Initially, we were expecting Billions to follow through with the second part of season five around September. Given at how much the virus impacted the whole world, we might be seeing Billions Season 5 Episode 8 early next year.
While some are assuming that early next year would be possible, there are also some fans whose theories are about Billions Season 5 not following through with its promised second part. Instead, they would just start another season.
