Paramount Network’s hit series Yellowstone just ended its season three run, but fans are already hyped for the next one. Lucky for them, the show’s been picked up for a fourth season. What do we know about its release date, cast, and trailer? Check them out below.
Yellowstone is an American drama television series created by Taylor Sheridan and John Linson. Season 3 features the Oscar and Emmy winner, Kevin Costner. The story centers on the conflicts along the shared borders of a large cattle ranch, an Indian reservation, and land developers. The series airs on Paramount TV.
When is Yellowstone Season 4’s release date?
Paramount signed a deal with show’s creator, Taylor Sheridan confirming its continuity even before season 3 premiered. However, as the show has just finished its latest run, the network has yet to confirm season 4’s release date.
On the other hand, season 3 debuted in June 2020, so its fourth installment will likely premiere in June 2021. The show’s creator confirmed that season 4 was underway despite the coronavirus pandemic. The filming of season 4 will be in Darby, Hamilton, and Missoula areas.
What will be Yellowstone Season 4’s plot?
The fourth series will most likely see the Dutton family enter more conflicts as they expand their cattle ranch. Moreover, with how things ended the previous season, the next one promises to be just as dramatic as ever. Actress Kelsey Asbille who plays Monica, isn’t sure how the show will move forward. “The end of season 3 is the most jaw-dropping, and I’m wondering how they’ll move forward. It’s funny because Taylor (Sheridan) has always told us that he knows how the show is going to end and I’d love to know,” she shares.
Actor Wes Bentley who plays Jamie, is excited to explore more of Jamie’s complicated past in season 4. “Where does Jamie end up? I’d like to know,” he confesses. “I’m also excited to see who he really is because he’s spent his whole life not really being himself. I think we’re starting to get pieces of that now, so I think it’s going to be really interesting to see.”
Who is included in the cast of Yellowstone Season 4?
TV veteran Kevin Costner who is also the executive producer of the show, remains the main cast in the series. He plays the role of John Dutton.
He will likely be joined by Wes Bentley, Kelly Reilly, Luke Grimes, Cole Hauser, Kelsey Asbille, Forrie J. Smith, and Denim Richards for the fourth season. Newcomers Josh Holloway, John Emmet Tracey, Q’orianka Kilcher, and Jennifer Landon may also return if they survive the chaos on Dutton family ranch.
Is there a trailer available for Yellowstone Season 4?
There is no official trailer for Yellowstone Season 4 yet. The previous trailers for season 2 and 3 were released in April 2019 and May 2020 respectively. Hence, we can assume season 4’s trailer should come out between those two months too.
