Look: Stranger Things Stars Seen Filming At A Video Store For Season 4

The ball is rolling for Stranger Things season 4 when stars were spotted filming in Atlanta, Georgia last Tuesday. Actors seen present at the shoot were Gaten Matarazzo (Dustin), Sadie Sink (Max), Maya Hawke (Robin), and Joe Keery (Steve). Photos were taken at the Family Video Store and Palace Arcade locations of the show.

The image shows Keery, Sink, Matarazzo, and Hawke leaving the store and getting into a car.

Matarazzo, who plays tech wiz Dustin Henderson, sported a trucker cap with the phrase ‘Thinking Cap’ over his longer locks. He also hauled a backpack.

Sink’s Max Mayfield rocked a retro Sony Walkman and wore maroon shoes to better get in character as skateboarding tomboy.

Keery, who plays Steve Harrington, appears to have left his job at Scoops Ahoy in favor of working at Family Video. Whether he’ll have much better luck with the ladies after the job switch is something we could look forward to.

Meanwhile, Hawke’s code-cracking enthusiast Robin Buckley wore a boxy blazer and necktie with classic Converse high-tops.

Stranger Things Season 4: Behind-The-Scenes

Production on the sci-fi favorite officially resumed on September 28 after a shutdown in March. The series has only filmed for two months back then. They first shot scenes in Lithuania then moved to Atlanta, Georgia.

The production strictly implemented safety measures while filming is ongoing. The crew working behind the scenes are all wearing protective masks. In between takes, actors also protect themselves by wearing masks as shown in the pictures below.

Stranger Things Season 4 Trailer and Release Date

Last February 14, a short teaser was shared in the show’s official social media account. Hawkins Police Chief Jim Hopper (David Harbour) is revealed to be alive and held captive by Russians at a Kamchatka labor camp.

“It’s the idea of the resurrection of the character. And mythologically, Hopper, in a sense, had to change,” says Harbour on his character’s comeback.

“He has to resurrect in some way. So it was a great opportunity to do that. So we’ll see a very different guy going forwards. The same guy but in a different vein. It’s a very cool thing to be able to play.”

Stranger Things season 4 has no official release date yet, but the previous seasons can be streamed exclusively on Netflix.
