New “Spider-Man: No Way Home” Poster Reveals Confirms Green Goblin’s Return

Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures recently released a new poster for their highly-anticipated upcoming film, “Spider-Man: No Way Home”. The first official poster was revealed on Twitter, along with “the Multiverse unleashed” as the caption.

Underneath the post, the franchise added, “go ahead, zoom in on those details.” The poster sees Tom Holland’s Spider-Man taking on Doc Ock’s robotic tentacles, as the Green Golbin flies on his glider in the background. The image confirms the possibility that William Dafoe will return as the Green Goblin for the first time in 17 years.

What seems to be a trail of sand and sparks of electricity can be seen in the poster as well, convincing fans that Sandman and Electro will also appear in the new film.

“Spider-Man: No Way Home” will feature a returning cast of Tom Holland, Zendaya, Jon Favreau, Jacob Batalon, and Marisa Tomei, along with Benedict Cumberbatch joining as Doctor Strange. The poster’s release may signal the beginning of a final marketing push before the movie’s release to theaters Dec. 17, meaning it’s likely that the film’s trailer will debut soon.
