Paramount+ Releases First Look at “Paranormal Activity: Next of Kin”

The seventh installment to the “Paranormal Activity” horror series is finally set to release soon, titled “Paranormal Activity: Next of Kin”. The series hasn’t seen a new film since 2015, when “Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension” was released. Paramount+ debuted the movie’s trailer on Wednesday, along with a promotional poster.

“Paranormal Activity: Next of Kin” will continue the series’ tradition of being filmed as a “documentary” within the story by the main characters. The film follows actress Emily Bader as she sets out to connect with her Amish relatives in a village that’s said to be stalked by a demon.

The horror flick is directed by William Eubank and will also star Roland Buck III, Dan Lippert and Henry Ayers-Brown. The movie is also written by Christopher Landon and co-produced by Oren Peli, Steven Schneider and Jenny Hinkey.

“Paranormal Activity: Next of Kin” will be released on Oct. 29, 2021, just in time for Halloween. The film can be found exclusively on Paramount+ for subscribers.
