Bruno Mars, Anderson .Paak’s New Album is Dropping Earlier Than Expected

Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak have been working together on a new album titled “An Evening with Silk Sonic”, and it’s now scheduled to drop much earlier than expected. The record was originally scheduled to come out in Jan. 2022, but it will now be available on streaming platforms Nov. 12.

Covering everything from R&B to funk, “An Evening with Silk Sonic” is shaping up to be one of the most eclectic and unique albums of the year. Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak, two of the biggest names in music right now, completed the album early, allowing the release date to be bumped up by a few months.

The album is said to feature William Earl “Bootsy” Collins as a special guest, a singer-songwriter who rose to fame with James Brown in the late 1960s. Multiple singles have already been released to the public including “Leave The Door Open”, “Skate”, and “Silk Sonic Intro”, all of which made chart-topping debuts in 2021.

Fans of the stars seem to be unanimously excited for the album’s early release, as supporters flooded the announcement tweet’s reply section.

“ALBUM OF THE YEAR IS DROPPING ON NOVEMBER 12!!!!!!”, one user wrote, while another said, “Say what again?!”.
