America is facing the prospect of a new, right-wing, horrible, awful Supreme Court. One that threatens the rights of women and LGBTQ+ folks and the poor and people of color and voting rights and and and… in ways that, while not new, are reminiscent of eras many hoped had been left in the past.
It’s often hard to get a smile on your face when you think about Justice Kennedy retiring, Trump getting to pick a new, young, anti-everything Conservative to take the seat. But for momentary escape from the gloom that overcomes (me, at least), turn to Michelle Wolf’s Salute to Abortions.
You may think this is distasteful; maybe you’re anti-abortion. Well, you shouldn’t be.
